An Introduction to Lady Katherine Housing & Care – your home in the country

Since 1674 our care home has been dedicated to ensuring our residents enjoy a comfortable and fulfilled stay individual to their needs. We welcome you to join us here in our rural historic setting at Temple Balsall between Knowle and Balsall Common and a short drive to each of Solihull, Warwick and Leamington Spa.

We are a not-for-profit organisation enabling us to keep our fees low without compromising our exceptional quality of care.

Live in a historic community

At Temple Balsall all ages intermingle in our beautiful extensive gardens and countryside which you and your visitors can enjoy. Many of our residents are actively involved in the parish church and support and enjoy the activities of our school, both immediately adjacent to our care home.

Our homes surround a lawned courtyard, a peaceful meeting place and relaxing spot for our residents and their visitors.

Never beem there. I will have to try it. Good enough for Lady K good enough.......!

Gosh. Dry fields but at least the trees are still green and full of leaves. Guess there’s still underground water that’s not too deep. However the surface is taking a bit of a beating, for now.

Need to rename as Lady Katherine movers and shakers. They are always on the go. Congratulations staff.

Ping pong Activity 🏓 with the lovely residents.
